eyes and voice:
I'll only take a few minutes now to introduce a couple of new links. I have decided to start a new blog which contains only my photos and slideshows of my art. I'll get a link in the sidebar shortly. Take a peek and let me know what you think - windyangelsEyEs.
You can find a link to St. Peter's Chorus, the group with which I have been singing for many years, at this site. It is a work in progress by one of our group members. I think he's been doing a terrific job with this and other creating for the Chorus. Thanks Manny.
I may not have time to be with you here until late March, early April. Please remember to stop by for a visit at my etsy shop if you have a spare moment. I am having very little time for creating now and adding to my shop but your visits are so heartwarming. I am investigating professional printing of my photos. This is being a challenge added to many other challenges right now. Hopefully I'll learn something soon. I also feel up lifted when I get extra views on any of my videos. Thanks to everyone for your support.
May angels be with you as you traverse through this Holy Week. If you are a friend that celebrates the Passover I understand that is not celebrated until April. I will hope to think of you at that time.
As spring and Easter approach I wish many angels to be with you,
Wendy XO

Dreaming for spring: Over the past days I have put together these journal pages as well as doing a video surrounding them and the idea of waiting for spring. One of the pictures on the video actually shows the journal on top of snow. I fear we may have snow for many weeks yet. If we are fortunate it will disappear sooner. If not, well, I'll just keep dreaming.
I had so much fun with these journal pages. I look forward to creating many more. And the next step will of course be canvases. I've one started, a flat canvas. I must see where I might take that.

I have also been adding items slowly to my etsy shop. Between writing descriptions, taking pictures, listing items, putting together videos, and trying to do my regular routine, sigh, there's little room for creating. Ah, creating. I will get to it, all in good time.

Thanks to everyone for the support through these times when I've had little room for visiting your lives. I do intend to get back to that. And thanks for any prayers that might be coming our way. They are so greatly appreciated.
Please remember to stop by my etsy at angelsdreams.
Now it's back to investigating - a place where I might get my photos enlarged. I hope to put many more photos on my etsy shortly.
Angels be with you in all your endeavours.

Talk happiness; talk faith; talk health. Say you are well, and all is well with you, and God shall hear your words and make them true.

from Inspiration Peak
I truly believe the above words. I'm not sure why I so frequently forget them.
While spring is probably a number of weeks away yet (four - six at least), I am enjoying the warmer weather we've been having. The crocuses (as we've always called them) are one of the things I recognize and especially enjoy to see welcoming spring.
Stay tuned for an announcement - I'm thinking as it's leap year - well, we'll see what I can accomplish.

Captured: We're at the farm for a few days. The weather has turned cruddy. Besides being very windy it also became very cold yesterday. A bit North of Humblodt there was actually snow yesterday. Saskatchewan weather!
But as we approached the farm yesterday the skies seemed to clear. This morning, just before lunch, I took the van to get some pictures which I was going to use for printing and trying to do sketches from. As I got closer to the birdhouse a bird flew out, much to my surprise. She was quite gray with only tiny bit of blue. I was uncertain. I caught the flash of blue to my right. Of course. The Momma was apprehensive as I drew near to the nest. Now Poppa was nervous as well. I was
surprised he stayed on the post as long as he did for me to snap. I was quite pleased that I even caught him in flight. I am typically too unsteady to get decent photos without the tripod but these turned out all right.

Dreaming of spring: As I think of decorating my dream jar I am dreaming also of spring. I took these photos about noon today. On one you see a heap of snow beside the trellis. We have a long driveway. There are still a few inches of snow piled on it but some of the snow has been shoveled into the backyard.
Billy doesn't mind the snow, especially when he has his fave toy. He actually loves the snow except when it gets stuck in his paws.
The other two pictures show the place on our driveway where the greenhouse gets set up temporarily and one of the benches which goes inside of the greenhouse. For now the skis seem more appropriate but hopefully sometime in April the greenhouse can be set up. One of the reasons I love the greenhouse is I can just go out there to "be". The poor plants which are cramped into a tiny room in the basement under grow lights just spring back to life, it seems, when they are placed in the greenhouse.
Sigh, dreaming of the day the green house is set up again.

Vintage: Trying to think on Spring and came across the beautiful spring thinking, creations of artsymama. I haven't visited there for awhile. Now I'm so happy to have found her paper bag book pages. Yummm. Gives me ideas. I love vintage stuff but, not sure what I can find to work with. I'm wondering - what exactly IS vintage?
